Our process follows three simple steps: Inform, Conceptualize and Validate. Our engagement model is very flexible and can revolve around any or all of these steps.

Inform

At this stage, our best tools are our ears. We listen to you, understand and analyze. Sometimes we propose quick user research that throws new light on existing issues. Conceptualize

This is where the user experience really takes shape. We work with you to evolve concepts. Sometimes we run ½ day innovation sessions to collaborate on ideas and then use idea mapping software to create visuals. The focus here is on working quickly and organically to bring ideas to life. Validate

A solution’s value depends on end-users’ perception and understanding. We can ensure success through early evaluation and course correction. We utilize a number of ways to test solutions with users. At times, we also test prototypes so what users see is functionally accurate. This involves:

  • Card Sorts and Taxonomy review
